If you are thinking of asking your employer to pay and need help to pursuade them to do so please let us know - we can provide a draft "business case" letter for you. We can invoice your employer direct and offer split invoices to spread the fee over 2 financial years or a partial invoice if your employer is paying some of the fee and you the balance.
If you are paying yourself then for most of our courses there are three ways to pay. If a particular payment scheme is not available for a particular course this is made clear in the course information.
1. PAY IN FULL - this is the most cost effective way to pay for your course and gives you access to each module as and when you complete the previous one. You can complete the course as quickly as you wish.
IDEAL IF YOU WANT TO STUDY QUICKLY AND SAVE MONEY!
2. SUBSCRIPTION - pay a monthly fee for a set period of time. Each monthly fee entitles you to access more modules which are released according to the schedule for that particular course.
A GREAT WAY TO SPREAD THE COST OF YOUR COURSE OVER SEVERAL MONTHS.
3. MODULAR - buy your course one module at a time as and when you are ready to study.
THE MOST FLEXIBLE WAY TO STUDY, BUYING MODULES AS AND WHEN YOUR TIME AND BUDGET ALLOWS.
We accept payment by bank transfer or card. We prefer not to take cheques and do make a small administration charge for cheque payments.
You have a cooling off period for all course purchases; full details are on our enrolment form but basically this starts when you make your payment and runs for 14 working days OR your course start date if that is earlier.
Once the cooling-off period is over the following refund policies apply:
>>> If you pay in full for your course refunds are only available if you leave during the first month of your course. After the first month no refunds are available under any circumstances if you withdraw from your course. If you leave within the first month the following poicy applies:
If you have started no more than 10% of the modules you will receive a 50% refund.
If you have started no more than 25% of the modules you will receive a 25% refund.
If you have started more than 25% of the modules there will be no refund.
>>> With our Subscription and Modular plans there is no contract and no finance agreement. You can withdraw from your course at any time but no refunds are available under any circumstances if you withdraw from your course.
